Delivery Time: Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 6–11 business days, with tracking.
Where orders ship from: Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our fulfillment partners located in China, directly to your U.S. address.

Return Window: 30 days from the delivery date.
Refund Processing Time: 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Restocking Fees: None.
Exchanges: We accept exchanges for eligible items.
Return Shipping: Free on all eligible returns. Please email support@avenyl.com first; we will reply with your return instructions and return address. Do not send returns to our Denver registered office.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached and returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
